Position Title Hospitality/Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management Adjunct
Position Summary

Adjunct instructor to teach a college level credit course entitled Hotel Management and Lodging Operations. Prepare class lectures, assignments and activities
• Perform instructor duties: take attendance, submit grades, etc.
• Encourage top performance from each and every student.
• Administer student assessments and record results
• Provide student support outside of class time as needed
• Participate in required adjunct duties
• Introduce students to preliminary Operations and management in lodging industry with special emphasis on front desk operations and management, corporate structure, security, sales and accounting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

Education and Experience:
Master’s degree preferred. Relevant business experience will be considered. A background in the hotel industry with supervisory experience is required
