Position Title Adjunct Faculty Success Coach (Internal posting)
Position Summary

Summary: The Adjunct Success Coach will provide group educational and vocational advising services through online communication and interactions through the current learning management system and video conferencing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Course planning advisement services via Student Planning system
  • Provide weekly advising recommendations and important reminders regarding registration and course planning to student clusters assigned through the learning management system
  • Participate in professional development, student retention workshops and initiatives
  • Engage with faculty, student advocates, and professional staff in other student-related services
Required Qualifications

Qualifications: Education: Candidate must have MA degree. Experience in counseling/student services preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Skills: Knowledge of Colleague, Student Planning, Blackboard or other learning management systems and video conferencing tools. Ability to respond to inquiries or concerns from students and work collaboratively with colleagues.
